Look at the entrance
- Which gates, barrier arms and pedestrian openings are involved?
- Who uses each entrance, and when does it get busy?
- How do deliveries, service vehicles and emergency arrivals get in?
Gather equipment details
- What operators, detection and safety devices do you have?
- What problems have you noticed, and has anything changed recently?
- What repairs or maintenance have already been done?
Talk about the work
- Who should we coordinate with at the property?
- When can installation or repairs take place?
- What training and ongoing maintenance will your team need?
